Here we go - lets start
Walked the dog to day for an hour and a half, jogged up a few hills when I was sure nobody was looking. Felt like a complete fool but this may have had something to do with the fact I was wearing wellies.
This is a personal diary/log of my training for the London marathon - the highs and lows.
26 miles is a very long way.
