More rest days!
After 2 rest days I've been again this time 5 times around, steady pace in 23.10. It felt OK. My kids came with me jogged abit and played in the park while I ran round. It felt better having company.
This is a personal diary/log of my training for the London marathon - the highs and lows.
26 miles is a very long way.
