Jog over the woods
Another couple of 'rest' days under the belt and, feeling guilty, I went for a run over the woods at the back of our house. Just jogged along really slowly for 1hr. I felt tired but fine.
This is a personal diary/log of my training for the London marathon - the highs and lows.
26 miles is a very long way.
