Oh dear 3 rest days and today makes 4
I wish I had an excuse or better still a reason for not running but there you go. I went swimming with my kids today and I did swim until I could swim no more - can I put this down as cross training?
This is a personal diary/log of my training for the London marathon - the highs and lows.
26 miles is a very long way.
