Which excuse
I could list lots but the end result is still the same.
No running this week.
Sunday tomorrow and a nice steady jog over the woods, about an hour and a half. (and no excuses).
This is a personal diary/log of my training for the London marathon - the highs and lows.
26 miles is a very long way.
