Fun in the park

All 3 children on half term this week, I took wednesday off and took them to the park, while I jogged slowly around - legs still sore from my 10k 'sprint' at the weekend. Did a couple of miles and felt better for it.
A bit embarrassing when the 3 of them started cheering me on when I was barely beating walking pace. Kids!
