Hilly run
Just done a quick 1.8m run with two big hills, working really hard up them, jogging easy between. A nice run.
Monday, after the 7m on sunday, my knees felt a bit sore but they were fine today. I assume this is just an increase in mileage and because I've started doing the long runs on tarmac instead of over the woods. Might change this around a bit.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
