Still tired.
My legs were as knackered tonight as they were at the end of the half marathon. My thighs were just so tired and sore.
Agonising 2.5m.
Lovely soak in the bath.
Great bottle of red wine.
This is a personal diary/log of my training for the London marathon - the highs and lows.
26 miles is a very long way.

the wine of course is just to get the circulation going, thin out that blood :-)
Frist 2 days I was an 80 year old, yesterday felta bit better but only managed 3 miles. will try again tonight.
