My just over 2hr run was just over 11 miles.
Yesterday (Mon) my legs were killing me - used some deep heat rub stuff that smells great therefor must work!
Today I felt much better, and will probably jog a couple of miles tomorrow.
All being well the Reading 1/2 in a fortnight should, maybe, take about 2 1/2 hours - and some very sore legs again.
If I do it that quick I'll be having a few pints in the pub by the train station to celebrate (its called Scruffy Murphys - how goods that?)
