Finished work early and decided to buy some running shoes. Nearly every shop I went to they knew less than me about the damn things! All really helpful if you want an expensive pair in a particular colour. Failed and frustrated I bought a really cheap sweatshirt and a cheap fleecy thing.

A born again runner? After an 11 year lay off after injury, I've dusted off my trainers and started jogging.
OK, so I was accepted into the London Marathon 2005.
What was I on when I entered?
I haven't run a single step since 1993, since then I've got asthma, had 2 knee operations, 3 children (well not me obviously) and increased my guinness intake 10 fold.
